In addition to crucial start-up/seed funding from the Richard King Mellon Foundation the 社区 Foundation, 1889年基金会, the project received a major boost from William C. 总裁Polacek & JWF工业公司首席执行官, to support entrepreneurial and technical activities on-site with a $1 million pledge to be managed by JARI. In addition to seeking support from the state level, the project will also seek support from the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration’s “Recompete Pilot Program” to advance implementation initiatives in a regional education partnership with: Allegheny College, 华盛顿 & Jefferson College, and UPJ.
